If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as  possible and we will do our best to honor your requests. However, any order that has already been shipped is unable to be canceled.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:

All Apothecary products are handmade to order, packed, and shipped with intention. In doing so, packages could take up to two weeks to be processed and shipped.

If you need an item by a certain date, please get in touch with us before you order to be sure we can make it happen for you!

 If you're  unhappy with the time it takes to receive your package get in touch with us and we'll do our very best to sort out the situation!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Thank you so much for your interest in our products however we are currently shipping to US + Canada only. Please keep up to date with us for we hope to expand our reach soon!

RETURNS:

When it comes to purchases, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! However, due to the nature of our products, which are all individual and handmade to order, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges.* If you have a problem with your order, please contact us directly and we will try to mend the situation as best we can.

* With exceptions being made if you receive the wrong item(s) entirely or if your item(s) are damaged upon delivery.
