Holistic Meditation works to transform and balance our physical body, emotional body, and energetic body while cultivating mindfulness. By implementing meditation throughout the day one can experience more moments of peace, stillness, comfort, and oneness on a regular basis.
This class will be focused on introducing three meditation techniques, mindful breathing, chanting, and sound meditation. These methods work to re align and re energize by breaking up stagnant energy and creating flow through all of our bodies.
This class is great for anyone who is new to meditation or is familiar with meditation and looking for new methods or a group to practice with! I love group meditations because it allows us to create an incredibly mindful and energetically harmonious space and energy collaboratively!
